Advice that was never written for your body.

Your doctor can see your symptoms. Your bloodwork shows what's happening right now. Your DNA says why. Evigenics reads both, side by side, in one report.

Not generic advice. Your specific genetic variants shape how you process vitamin D, clear histamine, convert omega-3s, and handle inflammation. We read 70 nutrition markers across 20 areas and show you where your body needs more support, and where it doesn't. Food genes adds the versions that spread as diets changed: milk, plant fats, alcohol and bitter taste.

Vitamin D

3 of 4 genes carry a flagged variant, 2 on both copies. Start with CYP2R1 and GC.

Curated. Scored. The same way every time.

Every finding comes from a named marker in a curated knowledge base, and every score is calculated, never guessed.

29 peptides, ranked. Each one scored from your DNA, then placed among other people.

Thymosin Alpha-1Strong fit

131 markers across 99 genes. Each one read on both of your copies.

20 areas of nutrition and health. From vitamin D and methylation to sleep and histamine.

A full report to take with you. Every finding in plain language, laid out to read with your provider.

Three steps, one upload, and your file stays yours to delete.

  1. 01

    Upload your DNA securely

Your raw file is read in your browser, and the genotype pairs that match the Evigenics knowledge base are sent securely to generate your saved report. The file itself is then kept with your account, encrypted, so you never upload it twice; a lab report you add later is kept the same way. Delete either at any time.

  2. 02

    We analyze your matched variants

Matched genotypes are scored against a curated knowledge base whose markers were each checked against dbSNP, the GWAS Catalog, and PubMed. Evidence strength and limitations remain visible.

The story behind this.

I didn't build this because I read about it somewhere. I built it because I needed it.

In 2011, my health collapsed. By 2016, I started taking it into my own hands — reading papers, earning certifications, restoring what the healthcare system couldn't fix. My wife Suzana went through everything with me. We wanted to help ourselves so we could help others.

When I uploaded my son Stefan's 23andMe data into a prototype of this platform, his results independently explained his 28 food allergies, breathing difficulties, and lifelong vitamin D dependency — conditions his doctors had identified through years of testing but never explained WHY.

His DNA showed impaired omega-3 conversion (all 6 genes), quadruple vitamin D pathway dysfunction, dual histamine clearance failure, and reduced immune tolerance cells. Every finding matched his clinical history. No doctor, no lab test, no allergy panel had ever connected these dots.

That's when I knew this wasn't just a tool. It was something that needed to exist.

Questions, before you upload.

Ask us a question
Which DNA files can I use?

Raw data downloads from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, FamilyTreeDNA and MyHeritage, and whole-genome VCF files. You do not need a new kit: if you have already tested, download your raw data from that company and bring it here.

Is my DNA file uploaded to your servers?

Once, and it stays yours. Your file is read in your browser to build your report, then kept encrypted with your account on our own server, in no backup, so that when our knowledge base grows your report updates with one click instead of another upload. Delete it any time in Account; it is gone at once.

Can I add my blood results?

Yes. Under Biomarkers, upload the PDF your laboratory issued and check the results it read, or type one result as it was printed, with the day it was drawn. Results are kept with your account and never sent anywhere: Metabolic health reads the newest of each beside your DNA, and Aging reads nine of them as a Phenotypic Age. A lab report is sealed with the same encryption as your DNA file, and you can delete it at any time.

Does it tell me whether a GLP-1 medicine will work for me?

No. Weight & GLP-1 reads the two receptors semaglutide and tirzepatide act on and the two best-studied appetite genes, FTO and MC4R, and sets each reading against what the studies found: in 27,885 people on GLP-1 medicines, one receptor version went with about 0.76 kg more weight lost per copy, against a trial average of 15 to 21 % of body weight. The receptor's share is under a tenth of the medicine's, and no gene test yet tells who will respond. Whether a medicine is right for you is a decision for you and your prescriber.

Is this a medical test or a diagnosis?

No. Evigenics is for information and education. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for clinical genetic testing. Bring your report to a qualified provider before you change supplements, medication, or treatment.

How are peptides matched to my DNA?

Each peptide is linked to the genes and pathways it is studied in. Your score comes from your own DNA: the variants you carry in those genes, weighted by how central each gene is. The fit label then says where that score falls among other people: the top 10% is a strong fit, the top 25% a possible fit, and the upper half a light fit. The reference population is a yardstick, not the source of the score. It is modelled from published worldwide allele frequencies, not from other users, so if your ancestry differs from that mix you may sit somewhat higher or lower. The scoring is deterministic: the same file always produces the same report. Most links between a marker and a peptide are inferred from separate research on each, not from trials of the peptide by genotype, which is why a match is a lead and not a prescription.

Do I need a password?

No. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Your account keeps your saved reports, so you can come back to them or download the PDF again.

Can I delete my data?

Yes, at any time. The Account page deletes your account and every saved report immediately. You do not have to email anyone or wait.
